BR Track Mute off and Mixer Ch on - out of sync

Screen shot pretty much shows the problem. The TL track is in solo, the Mixer panel track is in Mute, out of sync with the track. Not sure how I managed to do this except I may of hit a stray key on left 1/2 of keyboard. So far its a one time event, turning off the mixer panel mute opened the track up. I spent several minutes trying to figure out why the audio track wouldn't play...

That's messed up.

In this state, did the Fairlight Mixer also indicate both Solo and Mute enabled and the Timeline Track only indicating an active Solo?

didn't look at fairlight panel but no reason to suspect it didn't match the mixer on edit page.

UPDATE : since I was able to repro the bug now, Fairlight page updates correctly. its only mixer on edit page thats not updating correctly

OK caught the problem again and I think I can repro now. Switch between TLs. in this case I have a main edit above and a interview on the bottom I'm pulling selects from. audio tracks aren't quite sorted out so I have different mutes on to hear the good track(s). Flipping between TLs the audio mixer fails to update correctly.

I experienced a very similar bug when using Resolve 17.2. One audio track would randomly mute for no apparent reason, and the "mute" button on the edit page timeline would not light up. However, the mute button on the edit page mixer WOULD light up. Very frustrating, since I don't normally edit with the mixer open so would have no visible indication that I had lost a track.

However, knock on wood, I have not experienced this problem since updating to 17.2.1 (M1 Mac Mini, 16GB RAM, Mac OS 11.3 and possibly 11.4 - I can't remember if I updated the system before or after updating to Resolve 17.2.1).

this bug is still alive in 17.2.2
