Lost multicam audio moving to Resolve 17
Posted: Wed Jun 23, 2021 9:39 pmI recently upgraded from Resolve 15-16-17. My multicam clips used in a previous project have no audio. No Waveform, meters not moving, no sound. Checked buses and patches etc without success. Other clips are fine.
One multicam clip is exceptional- it has a waveform and I can hear it. It was made from compound clips (synced with my good audio the hard way). Wide angle shot was synced with good audio, CU angle done the same way, then multicam made from those two compound clips. The others had audio synced and appended each to the wide and CU versions, not compounded.
Is there any way to recover that audio from my multicam clips?
