Please convert this After Effects title to a Resolve title

Hey guys,

I'm having a bit of trouble, a client has sent me a lower thirds title in After Effects so I bought After Effects from Adobe and have no idea how to use it so I was wondering if someone out there could convert this After Effects title so that I can edit and reuse it in Resolve as a lower thirds title.
