BR MIDI Mixer can only bring levels down

R 17.2.1 Xtouch32
Edit or Fairlight page. Bring hardware mixer ch level (fader) down. ok, R mixer follows.
Move faders back up, nothing happens.
You can only bring levels down with MIDI control surface, at least the Xtouch.
If you move the R software mixer fader up on the screen, then the motorized fader on the hardware does follow along.
Also other bugs of note : SMPTE TC can't be displayed or toggled on with MIDI control surface, Shuttle doesn't work, Jog mode only works if you hold down the SCRUB button. The scrub button is supposed to be a mode toggle, not a hold ( shift ) type button. no other buttons / controls for anything in the automation / transport / markers areas work. Seems more broken now than previous builds.
