Your computer is pretty low spec, but since you say 17.2.1 was working perfectly before:

Have you added any new hardware recently? Try unplugging any USB devices except mouse and keyboard. If that works, then you need to isolate which device is the problem by trying one at a time.

yes i know i am currently working with a low spec pc ,, i am planning on buying an rtx 2060 or an rx 5600-xt later (didn't buy it these days due to the silicon shortage)

i didnt plug anything except that i tried a second monitor on my setup (but i didn't use davinci then) and unplugged it again ,, Can it be a windows problem ,, should i reinstall my windows?

but when i scrolled through the logs i found a line that says :

[0x000029bc] | Fairlight | INFO | 2021-06-24 05:01:40,438 | 00.00.00.599(000): Running Fairlight (ab61014952f655696c7539fd471ec535830fbbfb)

[0x00000548] | SyManager | ERROR | 2021-06-24 05:01:41,348 | DRIVER: panel connection failed

so i guess it was the second monitor ,, but i unplugged it and still it doesn't work
