Edit Timeline Freeze After Voiceover in Fairlight

Running update 17.2.1

After doing a voiceover in Fairlight and going back to the Edit page I find the Timeline Frozen. If I hit the space bar it will play the clips but the playhead does not move. I don't know where am. I cannot move the playhead but if I cursor over a certain clip, it shows in the video window.

I can go to the Fusion and Color pages and all is fine but the edit Timeline stays frozen when I return to the Edit page. It's maddening.

Then, suddenly, it's okay. The Edit page is working again. Anybody else experiencing anything like that?

Thank you.

Just installed the latest update, 17.2.2.

Started up Resolve in the Edit page. Set the timeline playhead to an area for next voiceover.
Moved to Fairlight page and noticed that the voiceover was still set with input to mic. Cleared to no input and patched anew. Also noticed that a voiceover was select in Fairlight but hadn't been in the Edit page I just left.
Recorded voiceover.
Went back to Edit and Timeline frozen.

So, bottom line, still happening and this time I had only done those few steps after startup.

I can now expand on the issue. I have attached a screen shot of the Fairlight page and then a screen shot when I switched to Edit page.

The voiceover I just did does not show up at all!! But, if I go back to Fairlight it is there.

Bizarre things seem to be happening with this release. I have opened or added to issues concerning this update more than any other update by far.

Thank you.
