Mixing 4k/50p with 4k/30p

Later this year I will use my camcorder while we're on holiday, and my wife will also use her phone. My camcorder records 4k at 50p, and my wife's phone is 4k at 30p. How am I going to mix footage from these two sources on one timeline ?

Big problem.
You can try optical flow option in Resolve and stick to 30p final timeline as converting 50p to 30p is way easier than other way around.

I use an app like FilmicPro (there are more apps). Now my smartphone can record 25p. I have set my camcorder to also film in 25p. This has solved many problems.

Modern containers actually support variable framerate just fine. You may get creative and render out 30fps and 50fps clips seperatly and join them again in mkvmerge.
