Cannot see H.265 or ProRes codecs in Deliver page

I am new to DaVinci Resolve 17 and am using the free version. I am taking some online training and noticed that the instructor had the H.265 and ProRes codecs available on the Deliver page, which I do not. I have an NVidia RTX 3070 and Windows 10. Am I right in assuming that both of these codecs are not available in the free version, or am I missing something?
