Why are Davinci's scopes ruined?

Look at these insane scopes...
They're not indicative of the image, the same Roll was showing normally in scopes as of Friday...

What's going on here please?

Have you tried a UI Reset? The monitor scaling looks wrong as well.
For reference, this is my Color page on a 1920x1080 display.
