In Resolve Studio 17.2.2. build 4, when applying the OpenFX Vignette effect to a clip I discovered that the effect's transparency setting stops working as soon as you set a keyframe. When you click the keyframe button in the effect's advanced controls, the transparency slider does nothing until you remove any and all keyframes on the clip.
