This is an update of a recent post that hasn't yet appeared in forum. I have lots more info to go on now.
In Davinci Resolve 17.2.2, I no longer see any titles/generators and effects in the Effects Library Toolbox while on the Edit page. This happened right after I erred in trying to add some 3rd party Titles. I believe I added them to an incorrect folder but don't know which one. I have two installations of Davinci Resolve 17.2.2 on 2 separate PCs. I installed these new titles correctly on the other machine. But my new and primary system is the one I'm having problems with.
I have uninstalled DR and all the components and reinstalled several times , but the problem persists. I even went back to 17.1 and then to 16.8 with a clean database. The problem persists even with the 16.8 install. How can that be? I've also deleted the titles ( .setting files) that were the original problem)
What can I do to get back to a working DR 17.2.2? Any help and suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.
