Media Managemnt doesnt copy clips in Fusion. How to archive?

I want to archive only the used clips of the project (plus handles) to a new HDD (and relink them).
When I do this with media management, the SFX clips and pictures I only imported in Fusion are not saved.
How can I archive all media, including everything in Fusion?
If not automatically possible, can I relink media in Fusion? How?
