Trim in/out audio after audio sync

I have video and audio recorded seperately.
I synct it via autosync - timecode - appended tracks. worked pretty well. BUT I cant trim in or out the audio.. just to the point where the video starts.. and the audio file (wav) doesnt show in the timeline but clipname - mix L and R and clipname - track 2 and 3.. how can I unroll the audio besides the beginning/ending of the video track? THX

I never use the feature myself, so I can't answer directly.

But p. 360 in the Reference Manual starts the subject. It's a little over 60 pages. Might be worth a read.
