Resolve Activation - IP addresses & ports??

PostWed Jul 14, 2021 4:48 pm

Hi All,
Trying to activate 2x Resolve Studio and getting stuck at the Activation point.

Seen lots of posts and people saying things such as 'use a tether/hotspot'.
This is impossible for our situation due to not having Internet availability on our Production network (TPN/MPA/Disney).

BMD helpteam, please can you give us the exact IP or URL that the product needs and also the port range?
Thats the only way we'll be able to make any exceptions to the no-net policy.

(OR BMD do you have some backdoor way to license the product in this situation??)

TIA,
Marc

If you don't have (and refuse to enable) Internet on the work machines (very common in Studios), you'll need dongles, not an activation code.

There is no exchange program, however. You'll need to purchase those dongles new.
My Biases:

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.
