Audio stutters in DaVinci resolve

I just updated to the newest version of DaVinci. I created a new project and any audio I play in it stutters. I tested with the BMPCC 6k internal audio, Tascam audio and also a simple mp3 music. They all stutter terribly. Waveform displays correctly but sadly I can't even start working on my documentary project as it is a lot of speech. Help.
PC specs:
Windows 10
AMD 2990wx
128GB RAM
1GB Samsundg NVME
ATI R9 390

What audio hardware?
What options under Preferences>System>Video and Audio I/O>Speaker Setup?

There are the preferences. I've never touched those.
Audio hardware is the integrated one with my motherboard which is MSI MEG Creation.

So I made a clean install of the previous DaVinci version and the audio still stutters. The BRAW player works properly.

OK.
Try changing that to Manual with the proper options. Report back.

I changed it to manual but sadly that didn't fix the audio issue.
Also I made a clean install to the previous version of DaVinci but to no avail.

On the color page, what is the fps playback speed?
