My Davinci resolve 17 isn't working

Hi, my Davinci resolve downloaded everything ok and the application opens up just fine but then when I click on and try to work on a project the entire app just shut down and closes me out I had Davinci resolve 15 that it work and I love it but I can't do anything on 17 or 16 Can I get some help?

The FAQ for black magic forum or in the DaVinci resolve app because I looked into the FAQ and didn't see anything for problems with resolve just the forum

The problem is, none of us can begin to help without basic information such as, Exact version of Resolve, OS, GPU and it's driver, amount of RAM, etc. You can never give too much information.
