Davinci Control Panels not showing up

Hello,

today I've received my Davinci Resolve Speed Editor. It is recognized by Resolve and seems to work (just did some fast testing).
However, when Resolve starts it shows a message that there is an update and it asks me to open the Control Panel Setup. When I try this, an empty window shows up for less than a second and that's it.
It looks like the app is crashing, but there's no error-message whatever.
Are there any users who are facing the same behaviour ?
I'm using Resolve Studio on a Intel I9 machine, Windows 10 Pro and 64 Gigabytes of RAM

be shure youe SE is connected via USB to see it in the control app

The keyboard is connected directly (no hubs) to the computer. I disabled the firewall to see if this could be the cause, but that doesn't help.

Should the keyboard show up in de devicelist in Windows ?
