Media offline in timeline but not in media storage

I did something stupid. I finished a project and attempted to clean up all my footage by using the Media Management function. I copied the entire project and ticked the "Relink to new files".
However, there was a problem with two clips and after finding out what it was (rendered in place clips). Deleted the copied files and relinked the then offline media files to my original files.
So, my media files are all online again but my timelines stay offline?
What can I do?
By the way: Now when I move into the Media Management tab the program thinks the project is only 14 gigabytes. Whereas the original size was 115gigabytes (still is as I relinked it to the original media).
