Smart Cache not working on Timelines inside a timeline

There is any way to activate smart cache on timelines that have been inserted inside another timeline?

I create a new timeline, then I drop inside other timelines.

Then Smart cache doen'st works (needs to be set manually), andd audio delays (even in the timeline graph, audio is delayed despite samplerate and FPS are consistent between media and timeline options)
