Audio delay on timeline inside a timeline

When I drop a timeline inside another timeline, the audio is delayed (including the waveforms)

CONDITIONS TO REPRODUCE IT:
Sample frequency match project and video footage audio (48kHz), and FPS are consistent around the project and media (25fps).
There are VST effects (Fabfilter L2 and Q3) and native Fairlight noise reduction.

So here I must add on my workflow some extra steps:
- Render WAV audio files of the inserted timeline, which when dropped match perfectly
- Slide the audio track to visually match the video, however this is not as precise as the first solution,

There is any way to solve this on DVR? Or this is a bug?

Is this behaviour present on both the Edit and Fairlight Timelines?

Are these Track or Clip-based instances?
If Track-based instances what is the indicated latency for each Track?

Any change with no plugins on Inserts or across Clips?

I've seen others reporting issues with nested audio.
