Random audio panning

In my 2 hour film, there are 2 or 3 times when audio clips pan randomly, like half way through the clip it all goes to the right channel. I don't have any panning setup for those clips. Any ideas?

Are you able to share a Project file without media which illustrates this behaviour?

Would be helpful indicating reference points with corresponding Timecode.
