Edit Page: Mp3 cannot be dragged to the timeline

Hello,
I have problems to drag Mp3s to my timeline.
It does not work since 2 days.
Not even if you select "Append" via the right mouse button.
I have tested it with different versch, mp3 from different drives.
Attached is a screenshot when trying to place the mp3 with the mouse directly in the timeline.
Please pay attention to the small sign next to the mouse pointer.

What is the reason for that ?

Since it's only one file, what are the specifications for it? (eg what does mediainfo show?)

I hope the screenshot contains all the info you need.
In Windows media player the file runs without problems.
it doesn't matter which mp3 I take the problem exists with all of them

it looks like the timeline is somehow locked, no matter where I want to drag which mp3 into it, it does not work

What happens if you make a new timeline and or project?
(to rule out something on the current timeline)

With a new timeline it works, so the current timeline must be locked somehow (unintentionally)

I have found the error.
