Waveform scope blank

PostWed Jul 28, 2021 9:46 pm

For the past day, I've been unable to see any signal on the waveform scope on the color page (see photo below). The other scopes are working fine. I must have inadvertently hit a key that changed a setting somewhere, but I simply can't figure out what happened and have been unable to find a solution in the manual. Any suggestions as to what I did wrong? (I suspect the answer will be embarrassingly obvious.) Thanks so much!

What are the settings for that scope?

Have you inadvertently turned the brightness down? Failing that try the Reset View button.

Yup, that's it! Thanks Charles. I previously had the waveform scope set to Luminance and maximum brightness; somehow it mysteriously got changed to RGB and minimum brightness. No idea how that happened...
