Audio working in Media but not on my Timeline

I have youtube clip that I downloaded and it works fine when I play it in my media (albeit only on one side of the speaker) but when i press play in my timeline, it doesn't work.

Anyone have a quick fix around this and making it play on both ends of my speakers? I tried going into CLIP ATTRIBUTES>AUDIO and fiddling around the Mono and Stereo but didn't change anything except for make the audio wave level shrink.
