Hi,
Basically, with the eGPU Pro's connected, Resolve runs slower than it would even on the MacMini 2018 without them. It's causing huge lagging not just frames too but even the response in the app. Unworkable.
System:
MacMini (2018)
Catalina 10.15.7 I haven't updated to BigSur because of all the issues with UltraStudios not detecting [different issue... I've tried all the things i've found on these forums and nothing has worked to get them to work on BigSur])
I've been running two eGPU Pro's (yes, I have Studio) and for the past 3 years it's been running absolutely great on Resolve Studio 16.
I recently needed to update to Studio 17 so this is what I think might be the issue.
Does 17 support the eGPU pro's when on Catalina?
When I connect the eGPU pro's to my MacBookPro running Resolve Studio 17 on Big Sur it's totally fine, so I don't think it's the eGPU pro's that have died.
Suggestions?
