Installed 17.2.2 on Windows 10 operating system. Resolve is not fully functional, example I can not activate Dual Screen, it is not functional.

I am also on 17.2.2 & Windows 10 with no issues whatsoever. I take it you have 2 screens connected via the GPU?
If this is the case hit the windows key and "p" and select extend.
