Please see the FAQs on what info to include in a report - OS, hardware, etc.
Please also check that a recent Windows update hasn't replaced your previous hardware drivers. Do consider turning off Windows auto-updates for drivers ... and performing a clean-install of known stable drivers from your manufacturer.
