it's been a long time since this happened
- working in a DCi4kscope project ACEScct, 4kscope/2020 ODT
- VFX editor is working in DCi4kscope project ACEScct, HD/709 ODT
- VFX timeline sent as a DRT to the main workstation, the VFX timeline came from a DRP i sent last week
- when the DRT was imported into my project, Resolve went *poof*
- opened up Resolve and started over, imported DRT again, Resolve went *poof* again, and this time the project was gone from the database on re-start
- fortunatly i had exported a DRP a few min before and was just starting the day without any cleints in the room,
- opened up the DRP
- started a new project, indexed the VFX, imported the same DRT into that cleanly, then copied and pasted that timeline to the master project
- that worked cleanly
all machines = v17.2.1 / w10
no harm, no foul, nothing bad happened overall
