Video Clip Audio Crackling In Playback

I'm having an issue with audio playback in resolve and I'm hoping someone has come across this same issue.

I have the Focusrite Scarlett solo audio interface and up until I upgraded my graphics card yesterday, audio playback has been fine.

Now, when I playback the timeline, the audio is crackly except during two scenarios:
1) I hide the video track, and the audio plays fine.
2) I use Bluetooth headphones

I'm on Windows 10 with Ryzen 3900X, 64GB RAM, RTX 3070ti.

I have reinstalled all relevant drivers and reinstalled Resolve, but no luck. The playback and timeline framerates are also both the same.

The sample rate in Resolve, Windows and Scarlet Solo is 48000 and my buffer size is 192.

The raw video file and exported video files playback without any audio issues outside of Resolve.

All other non-resolve audio is playing back fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

*UPDATE
I have set up my rodecaster pro as an interface and the same issue persists.

It gets even stranger, it is only happening to footage from my Sony a6600. My bmpcc 4k and gopro are fine.

I've always found traditional analog/digital audio connections to be better quality/more reliable than USB audio.
