LOST SOFTWARE DVDs

PostThu Oct 31, 2013 7:51 pm

Hi,

I bought the cinema camera last week in New York, and the manual and software DVDs have been lost in the trip back to my country.
I only have the camera and accessories, don't have the box.
I have the receipt from B&H.
What can I do to get these DVDs again?

Thank you.

Hi.

All software and manuals are always available on the BlackMagic website under the tab support.

I've already downloaded the Blackmagic Camera Utility from the website.

I'm worried about the Da Vinci Resolve.

How can I get another instalation disc that's included in camera?

I have tried the support from Blackmagic to try to get another instalation based on my camera serial number or from the receipt from the store. But no reply so far.

You can download the latest available DaVinci Resolve version from the support web site too. V10 b3 is the latest.

Thanks for the help Peter.

What about the USB dongle?

I need it to get the full Da Vinci Resolve license.

Can I get another one based on my receipt from the purchase of the camera?
