Did anyone cure the GPU memory Full?

I've been looking over some of the old post and sorry if i missed it but did they ever cure the old GPU Memory full.

I read someone say go back to resolve 15 but that cant be right can it? also i have the newest drivers (not gamer) for my rtx 3060 and its the newest version of the free davinci. the other specs are quite high as its the newest version of the levono legion laptop.

I've also tried change the gpu settings to cuda not opengl or auto. i was hoping someone could point me in the right direction if i've missed anything?

I am of the opinion that the memory issue is a long standing bug in Resolve with nVidia GPU's that will require a fix from BMD to actually solve once and for all.

Unfortunately, I've seen no evidence that BMD agrees with me on that.

When we upgraded to 17.3, the bug was happening a lot. We upgraded the NVidia studio drivers to 471.68, and so far the bug has not appeared again.

I can also confirm that using the same driver version hasn't given me any problems in Davinci Resolve. However, I can no longer play braw clips in the BRAW Player or any of the Adobe suite programs (Premiere, After Effects).

Sometimes this bug happens in Media when browsing folders of pngs.
