Maximum automatic deactivation per week exceeded

Recently, I have reinstalled Windows and Linux many times, I could not understand the reasons for the failures in the DR. The problem turned out to be a dying SSD. Now, when activating DR, I get the message "Maximum automatic deactivation per week exceeded". Do I have to wait a week to activate DR? This is absurd, I have a project waiting for me that needs to be completed by the end of the week. Who has encountered such a thing? Is there any solution to the problem?

You should deactivate your license before reinstalling the OS, I suppose.

This has happened to me too for operating system resets as described here:

Too many deactivations in a short period can lead to a temporary license lockout, with a "Maximum automatic deactivation per week exceeded" message.
This is a security feature of the Resolve license and will last approximately 7 days from the warning message.

I've painted myself into a corner. Just yesterday DaVinci Resolve stopped loading. 30 minutes stuck at one or more places. I couldn't log on the deactivate, so I uninstalled, a couple of times using Revo Uninstaller. Uninstall, reboot and try again. I don't have a problem with the policy, but if the week goes by, and I try again with the same result, I'm stuck in the same place as now.

Fortunately there are off PC backups of my projects, so that's not a concern.

I never bothered to activate the Cloud account, and when I tried, I put the wrong email address in, so now activation attached. Now I can't created a cloud account, or change the email address to try activating by the cloud. All me details are correct, but the check-a-box robot doesn't like me.

I'll attach a link to the error log, but I don't know how useful it will be, in that the program doesn't actually start.

Who would I email to have my Cloud account (basic) email address changed?
