Unable to edit subtitle style

So I'm creating some subtitles for some videos in Resolve 17 Studio. I'm doing english and french ones. I had already created and rendered the english ones, and was working on the french ones (by adding a second track and just disabling the english track to help with my timing) when I noticed a bit of a style error on my english ones. But for some strange reason, it won't let me go in and change the style for that track.

I've tried enabling the track again, tried deleting the french track, even the subtitles on the other videos in the series (separate timelines in the same project file) don't let me edit the english track!

PLEASE help. I'm hoping to have the project finished by tonight.
