Davinci Resolve Studio 17 activation issue

Hello, so I just reinstalled my OS cause I had some issues with some drivers and I tried activating my DR studio with the activation key and it says: Maximum Automatic Deactivation Per Week exceeded.... What's up with that?

Suddenly I can't use an application I paid for?
Davinci Resolve Studio 17.3.1
Alienware 17 R4
GeForce GTX 1080 8GB
Ram 16GB RAM
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7820HK CPU @ 2.90GHz

Contact support and ask for a reset.
Now that the cat #19 is out of the bag, test it as much as you can and use the subforum.
