nVidia mp4 acceleration strange problem on rendered files

Hello! I have a strange problem when i choose 1080p mp4 nvidia rendering in deliver page. All the rendered files have many problems like artifacts or video jerks as watching interlaced video using wrong fild priority when I play the rendered files on Samsung TV and others led TV and even on the Mac they are awful. I tried everything... Unistall the nvidia drivers clean the machine the re-installed the studio version, but nothing... I have a GTX 1080TI. If I do not use the nvidia acceleration the files are good. Any solution? I think the problem is due to the upgrade, with version 16 all was perfect!
