Would resolve Studio benefit from two unliked GPU's?

My old system (i7700 /4200 32 gig/RX480 8 gig) is dying and I ordered a AMD 9 5900 64 gig /AMD 6700 12 gig to replace it. Would Resolve Studio benfit from also having the RX480 in the system with the 6700?

Or would it just be better to run both monitors off the 6700?

I ordered a 750 watt power supply to run the system.
