I installed the SSD disk specifically for the Proxy and Davinci temporary files.
And I wondered how best to format it in Windows 10.
NTFS or exFat? - considering that the main project will not be there, the loss of files is not critical.
And what is the cluster size?
The more, the theoretically it will work faster.
It doesn't matter to me that more disk space will be consumed, the disk is specifically for speeding up work.
I see Davinci trying to make 32MB files.
Would it be logical to make the cluster size larger, say 2MB? Or will it wear out the disc? And won't it give any speed boost at all?
Does anyone have any suggestions?
