Hello,
is it possible in DR/ Fusion to integrate a hyperlink in a video?
Also known as interactive videos.
Example: In the broadcast-ready video, a ball rolls into frame.
If I click on this scene in the video, the video changes to another video.

It's not. This type of thing requires some sort of post-encode authoring. I am not sure that Quicktime wrapper or MP4 wrapper even support something like this.
