1. Why if i change fps for video in clip properties audio don't change speed?
In Adobe Premiere from very old's versions you'r can change Interpret footage to new fps and audio also changed.

2. why if I change the speed by a predetermined% then the clip changes the duration on the timeline, but if I change the speed to the% I need, then the clip duration does not change?
