Optical Flow / Speedwarp Performance

PostMon Sep 27, 2021 6:33 pm

I can't quite pinpoint when the performance started degrading, but it's horrible now. I'm running an RTX 3090 and it's totally hit or miss if Resolve can make it through rendering cache on a short, 1-2 second clip without running out of VRAM. I'm using it to make 60fps look better in a 24fps timeline. My plan is to Render in Place, and then go from there. But, often I can't even do that without the program freezing. Back in the DR16 days, this was totally fine.

This happens with BRAW and H265 in a C4K timeline.
