FAA/FAI combine with Declink4K studio performance issues

We are trying to cope with a very strange performance issue while working with Davinci Resolve 17.3.1

We have 2 systems one Intel Xeon and another AMD TR that are described bellow on signature. Both of the uses Fairlight Audio Accelarator with the Fairlight Audio Interface for audio and on Inter we have Ultrastudio 4D extreme for video out while on AMD we use Declink studio 4K.

Both systems performs as they supposed to perform fluidly in 4K RAW and Red footage in very complex colour correction nodes but only while disabling FAA or BMD video hardware. Performance degraded while using both hardware.

Is that what we should expect for the combination of these hardware on Davinci Resolve 17.3.1 or could we have settings improvement solution?

i'm not seeing this and we have a lot of users with similar config.. can you contact your local BMD support office?

Thanks Peter for you prompt answer. We will give a try through our vendor as I have not any contact of support for BMD in Greece.
