Sorry, I don't get your question. I contacted
support-emea@blackmagicdesign.comI just got a reply now. After 5 days it's just a paste of "we can't help you because ..." even if I was providing a lot of data and It's not ubuntu related since IT WAS WORKING fine just a few days ago as seen in logs I provided.
They're not reactive or even reading.
Well, I'll send a photo of my serial/activation card and entered data and someone has to finally read I guess
It's so sad to see people hiding behind 'we only provide ...' without fully reading.
