Studio licence, failed activation, no support since 5 days

Hello,

I'm getting "there was an error when attempting to perform the activation" on both my old and my new PCs (it was working on the same machine a few weeks ago).
For 5 days, I didn't get any reply to my email [Support #QCZ-898-33244] with all the logs attached and my IP.

Since it's an activation issue from a paid customer (let me know if you need my invoice, activation key, serial number), would you please reply and let me know why it's so long to get support?

I just got a reply now. After 5 days it's just a paste of "we can't help you because ..." even if I was providing a lot of data and It's not ubuntu related since IT WAS WORKING fine just a few days ago as seen in logs I provided.
They're not reactive or even reading.
Well, I'll send a photo of my serial/activation card and entered data and someone has to finally read I guess :)
It's so sad to see people hiding behind 'we only provide ...' without fully reading.

If both your activations have been used up, the activation counter doesn't get auto-cleared like it does on Windows and MacOS. Could that be your issue?

I have the exact same error with my activation on also Ubuntu / PopOS.

Fusion is also not starting because of an error:
QWidget::setLaout: Cannot set Layout to 0

It was working fine some days ago.
