Is there a way to make color presets?

I know that LUTs are used a lot more but for multiple shots, I preferred to use the presets in Premiere Pro (although all the other color tools there kinda sucked) so I could change the values after the fact without them defaulting to 0 with a LUT attached. Is there something in Resolve or are LUTs the only option?
