Can you post a screen shot of the delivery tab and the timeline?

Hey Ricardo,
If you're interested in sharing any useful info to help troubleshoot your problem, please do go ahead... if not, the best you're going to get is blind guesswork. You've got over a 1000 posts to your name here, so you already know that. Speaking of blind guesswork, it sounds like you may inadvertently choosing an unsupported export profile (like Final Cut Pro 7, Premiere XML, Pro Tools etc).
Cheers
Andy
Let's have a return to the glory days, when press releases for new versions included text like "...with over 300 new features and improvements that professional editors and colorists have asked for."

I apologize for my tardiness But was under a tight time constraint. That 30 ss project had to be finished in ppro cc the subtitle track never worked. The footage was shot on a Sony a6600 and the b-roll in an iPhone. I always finish in mp4. and the settings were all the same. The only thing that I can think of was that that specific timeline was used on another similar project. Though I saved it with another name. The next projects were created new and the subtitle was rendered fine.

Thank you all for your interest.
