Data burnin destroys Cached files.
Please put data burnin as an overlay in the process chain after the cached files.
And add a settings option on the Delivery page.
For more complex projects with Fusion compositions, this is quite a serious problem.

Could you create proxies without databurn in, and then once the proxies are created, turn databurn in on? If you need to send it out side of Resolve, render a new file from the proxies with the databurn in on if needed.

Also, when creating proxies, you could add a prefix to the naming, so when you're manually turning on databurn in resolve, using file name, it would be showing if it's a proxy or not.

Thank you for your quick response. It's an interesting trick. So I'll have to create proxies for the timecode.
I don't think the great creator of DaVinci Resolve wanted this when he created it:)
I'll tell you how I solved it. I rendered the file without timecode and added it in Adobe Media Encoder:)
