RGB Color Picker Eye Dropper not working

Using a Solid Color Generator then the RGB color tab then using the eye dropper and selecting a color on the player, doesn't match.
Even if I set the solid generator color to a color then pick it again with the eye dropper, it will keep changing the color.
Am I using this tool wrong or is there a bug?
