How to stop 'render in place' outtputing at 720p

When I render-in-place, it is outputting at 720p, even though the timeline is set to 1080p and the clip is 1080p.

I did at one point change the timeline to be 720p, but reverted it. Is there somewhere else I should look?

Right click timeline name and check preferences there.

Thanks, I didn't know about that. However I tried it, and it didn't seem to make a difference, I'm not seeing the issue in a new project I created though, so I'm not really blocked.
