Remove match frame edits

Is there a way to remove an edit that you don't need anymore? I mean an edit dividing a clip that seamlessly continues. As I have keyframes on both sides, I wouldn't want to roll one side out to the other. In Avid this is called "remove match frame edits".

If there's no trims involved you can select the edit point, right-click, and "Delete Through Edit".

Not 100% sure what that would do with keyframes on both sides though, you'd have to test it.

If trims are involved then I don't know of a way.

It's not the same, Avid removes cuts intelligently, for example if there is an effect on one part of a clip and not the other part, the cut will not be deleted.
"Delete Through Edit" removes all cuts on the clip.
I also miss this Avid feature.
