17.4.1 Speed Editor Unresponsive Under Bluetooth

This problem has resurfaced again after upgrading to DR 17.4.1.

After updating to DR 17.4.1, my Speed Editor is unresponsive when using Bluetooth. The lights are on but neither the jog wheel nor the buttons respond. Pressing SHTL, JOG, or SCRL does not change the lighting under those buttons. It works fine when connected via USB. I have done the following:

Reset the keyboard using CUT/SMTH CUT/SOURCE/TIMELINE
Removed and re-added the device in Windows Bluetooth Devices
Performed factory reset in Control Panels application
Performed cold restart of PC

My device id is BTHLE\Dev_680aeaea2

Mine is working fine in Studio 17.4, but I have had the jog wheel disconnect problem in the past. For me it was cured by disconnecting and then reconnecting in the Windows Show Bluetooth Devices menu. I have also found that waking the SE up by pressing the STOP/PLAY bar before starting Resolve can help.

Glad to hear it's working in other environments. What is strange is that the Snap and Jog buttons light up fine when I start the app, but none of the buttons or jog wheel do anything. Also if I press any of the buttons that would normally cause them to light up, none of them do. I think I will roll everything back to the previous version and try the upgrade again.
