How can I post an image?

Take the screenshot of your issue.
Upload it to a free image hosting website eg https://imgbb.com/
Copy the image address (I normally right click the uploaded image, select 'open image in new tab', then copy the new tab's address)
Paste the copied link into your post.
Select the text of that link in your post and click the [Img] button.
eg Image
Let's have a return to the glory days, when press releases for new versions included text like "...with over 300 new features and improvements that professional editors and colorists have asked for."

Really? That was your take away? I gave you an example, not a directive. Sheesh. Remind me not to bother in future.

You can also add images as attachments.
